SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Coverage
Biller Gateway Sdn. Bhd. currently ships to all states within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly at admin@billergate.com.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days upon receipt of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once processing is complete
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time — refer to our website for current promotions.
5. Large & Enterprise Orders
For bulk orders involving heavy equipment (servers, networking racks, UPS systems, etc.), custom shipping arrangements will be made. Please contact us before placing large orders to discuss logistics and obtain an accurate shipping quotation.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the respective courier’s website.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at admin@billergate.com
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date and we will initiate an investigation with the courier
8. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items such as monitors and servers are double-boxed with foam padding where applicable.
